The successful candidate will balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution, supporting resource allocation decisions while identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes. We value detail, data accuracy, curiosity, and storytelling with data.   This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations, implement initiatives, and support operational excellence across stores. If you thrive solving complex problems with data, love uncovering insights in large datasets, and enjoy supporting operational excellence, this is for you. If you're looking for fast-paced product launches or constant change, this may not be the right fit.   Responsibilities   Strategic Leadership and Planning - 25% of time
