Ignite PPC is a US-based niche marketing agency that helps real estate investors generate motivated seller leads through Google Ads.
We’re looking for a Google Ads Account Manager who can own client performance end-to-end — managing campaigns, leading client strategy, and helping clients turn ad spend into real business growth.
This is not a basic media buyer role. You’ll be responsible for both Google Ads execution and client-facing growth strategy.
What You’ll Do Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and YouTube when applicable Own approximately 15 client accounts Lead bi-weekly client calls with clear strategy, insights, and recommendations Analyze performance across traffic, leads, appointments, and revenue Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend solutions Build and execute scalable lead generation strategies Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members Take ownership of client results, account performance, and long-term growth
What We’re Looking For 2–6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns Strong understanding of paid search, funnels, and performance marketing Ability to analyze data and make smart optimization decisions Comfortable speaking with clients and leading strategy conversations Proactive, accountable, and performance-driven Strong written and verbal English communication skills

This Role Is Not For You If You Only want to “run ads” without understanding the client’s business Avoid client communication or difficult conversations Wait for direction instead of being proactive Do not want to be accountable for performance
What We Offer $50,000-$65,000 CAD / Year Unlimited PTO Performance-based upside Remote work Clear growth path into senior strategy or leadership Support from a Head of Paid Media, Client Success Manager, and Operations Support Opportunity to work with growth-focused real estate investors
