This role is designed for an early-to-mid-career professional who is ready for broader ownership, meaningful mentorship, and a long runway to grow into senior leadership.This is not a traditional support role. The right person will help structure how work gets done, spot gaps before they become problems, and gradually assume increasing responsibility across operations, finance, and people management.We are not hiring for what you know today.We are hiring for how you think-and what you can grow into.What You'll DoYour responsibilities will expand over time as trust and capability grow.
