Partner with developers, QA teams, and business application support to ensure integrations (SOD/SMF/IBOR/Benchmark data) are accurate and timely.

Act as a CRIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME), occasionally providing Level 2 support and consulting to business users.

Identify and analyze emerging trends, data patterns, and issues to guide strategic decision-making.

Mentor colleagues, share expertise across practice communities, and help build analytical capability within the organization.

Stay ahead of evolving technologies in investment systems, analytics, reporting, and data visualization.

Contribute to business cases and project funding requests by clearly defining scope, risks, and benefits.

Lead structured requirements gathering, stakeholder walkthroughs, and validation sessions to ensure solutions meet expectations.

Play a critical role in shaping the investment data and system landscape by recommending and implementing innovative approaches.
