Role Description
This position bridges business operations, hospitality, technology, and artificial intelligence. Focusing on identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance guest experience, reduce manual work, and support decision making across hotels, restaurants, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to leverage AI across all business functions. Evaluate AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Conduct competitive intelligence and market research within hospitality and real estate. Develop AI workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.. Improve guest experience through data analysis and technology innovation. Develop policies and employee training programs. Partner with department leaders to implement new technologies. Measure ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvements. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or a related field an asset 2+ years experience in a mid-senior level role with similar duties AI implementation and prompt engineering Business analysis and process improvement Project and change management Data analytics and systems integration
