About the role
Procurehaus is a specialized bespoke furniture supplier dedicated to high-end hospitality and commercial projects across North America. From Michelin-starred dining environments to comprehensive hotel suite fit-outs, our direct manufacturing capabilities enable us to execute highly technical, custom millwork and furniture installations with uncompromising quality.
The Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Technical Sales & Design Consultant. This is an uncapped, commission-driven role ideal for a self-starter with an established network in the architecture and design (A&D) community.
You will serve as the primary engine for new project acquisition while utilizing your design background to assist with the technical specifications and shop drawings required to close deals.
Compensation:
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Highly competitive, performance-based commission structure tied to total project value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, hunt, and secure new business within the luxury hospitality, restaurant, and commercial sectors.
• Leverage your design expertise to lead technical consultations, effectively communicating our bespoke capabilities with materials like walnut, oak, marble, and performance fabrics.
• Assist in generating, reviewing, and modifying AutoCAD shop drawings to secure client sign-off and guide our overseas factories.
• Manage the client relationship from the initial pitch and quoting phase through to final installation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the luxury furniture, commercial FF&E, or hospitality design sectors.
• Established network and active relationships with interior designers, architects, and hospitality groups.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to both interpret and draft technical shop drawings, cross-sections, and elevations.
• A self-driven, hunter mentality with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
