We're looking for Clinical Systems Analysts to help ensure AI understands the complex, high-stakes world of clinical technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of EHRs, clinical workflows, and healthcare infrastructure directly improves how AI reasons about these systems.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT, and hospital workflows Review technical scenarios involving EHR configurations, system troubleshooting, and clinical application support for accuracy and realism Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs and suggest improvements Translate your clinical and technical experience into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI models reason more accurately Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization skills Able to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical implementation Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows Background in EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech Experience in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or systems integration
