Role description Job Title: Specialist - Business Analysis
Required Experience: 05 Plus Years
Primary Skills (Must Have):
Experienced Business Analyst with reinsurance domain expertise and strong requirements analysis documentation skills
Proficient in user story creation acceptance criteria and gap impact analysis As Is To Be
Skilled in process mapping and business workflow documentation
Strong stakeholder management with hands-on experience in JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps
Experience in UAT support defect triage and ensuring release readiness
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for this onsite role
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Soft Skills:
Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional tracks
Comfortable working in fast paced multistakeholder environments
