Coforge is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Business Analyst to support enterprise digital experience initiatives and act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, content teams, UX, QA, and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM-based web platforms, digital content management, Agile delivery, backlog management, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive projects from discovery through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities. Support AEM digital experience initiatives involving content management, templates, components, DAM, workflows, personalization, and analytics. Collaborate with architects, developers, UX designers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure successful solution delivery. Manage Agile backlogs, prioritize requirements, and ensure sprint readiness. Coordinate testing, defect triage, business validation, and production readiness activities. Document business processes, content workflows, risks, dependencies, and release documentation. Support content authoring, publishing, localization, and operational handover processes.

Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Digital Experience Platforms, CMS, Website Modernization, or Enterprise Web Delivery projects. 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience including: AEM Sites. AEM Assets (DAM). AEM as a Cloud Service / Managed Services. Templates, Components, Workflows. Content Fragments & Experience Fragments. Content Authoring & Publishing. Strong knowledge of content lifecycle management, content governance, digital asset management, localization, and publishing workflows. Expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow documentation. Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation, UAT coordination, and release management. Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Understanding of AEM integrations with Adobe Analytics, Tag Management, Personalization, CDN, Identity/Consent Platforms, and Third-Party Systems. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work onsite in Calgary and collaborate with global delivery teams.

Preferred Skills Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/Tags, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer. Experience in Airline, Travel, Loyalty, eCommerce, Retail, or Customer Self-Service Platforms. Knowledge of SEO, Accessibility (WCAG), Web Analytics, Privacy & Consent Management. Agile, Scrum, CBAP, CSPO, or AEM Certifications.
