Role: Senior Technical Business Analyst Location: Must be based in Canada (available EST hours) Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid options available

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, an appreciation for design, and a proven ability to define clear, detailed requirements for cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable owning tasks, reaching out to stakeholders independently, and supporting both the client and internal teams through to delivery.

Who You Are Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive team player. Strong communicator with the ability to lead discussions with both technical teams and client stakeholders. Confident in reaching out to gather information and align teams without needing close oversight. Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Comfortable speaking about technology and development. Experienced in analyzing and challenging designs and solutions with the product in mind. Familiar with working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

What You Will Do Lead requirements gathering for a large digital experience team. Conduct audits and interviews with clients and developers to improve ways of working. Document clear and detailed requirements that support UX, UI, and development teams. Translate business objectives into user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with the client and agency team throughout the delivery lifecycle. Contribute to the technical strategy and ensure project goals are aligned with business needs. Create models, diagrams, and specifications for technical teams as needed. Act as a subject matter expert for developers and qa.

Required Experience 6-10 years in digital delivery or solutioning, with at least 4 years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. Proven experience working with corporate IT environments, including release management processes. Experience writing detailed requirements in Jira and working closely with UX/UI and dev teams. Proficiency in Figma, and Jira. Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
