Pay Rates: T4 - $41.83 INC - $47.49

What You'll Be Doing Design and document technical requirements to support customer journey deployments. Partner with business and technology teams to ensure data readiness, accuracy, and integrity across platforms. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities focused on data validation and quality assurance. Conduct in-depth data analysis and investigations to identify trends, root causes, opportunities, and actionable insights. Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and measurement solutions to evaluate customer journey performance. Translate complex data findings into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Customer Journey Measurement. 5+ years of experience working within customer-centric environments such as Financial Services, FinTech, Telecommunications, or similar industries. Strong hands-on expertise with: SAS SQL Teradata / DBVisualizer Salesforce CRM Power BI Proven ability to analyze large datasets and solve complex business problems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
