Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), CPQ, OmniStudio, and Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale telecommunications solutions, leading technical teams, and architecting end-to-end Salesforce implementations within the Communications Service Provider (CSP) domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions aligned with telecommunications business requirements.
• Lead solution architecture for CPQ, product catalog, pricing, quoting, order capture, order decomposition, and order orchestration.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, Communications Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Configure and customize Vlocity CPQ, including product rules, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, and quote templates.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications such as ERP, Billing, CRM, Inventory, Middleware (MuleSoft), and Payment Gateways using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement automation using Apex, Flows, Batch Jobs, Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, and Process Automation.
• Lead technical design workshops, mentor development teams, perform architecture reviews, and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize application performance while ensuring Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical architecture documents, solution designs, integration specifications, and implementation documentation.
• Assess existing Salesforce implementations and recommend modernization and performance improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in *Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity Managed Package), **Communications Cloud on Core, or *Revenue Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Telecommunications / Communications Service Provider (CSP) domain.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, Quote Management, and Order Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative Development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, Billing, Inventory, and Payment platforms.
• Salesforce Communications Cloud, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
• Experience in large-scale Telecommunications or Communications Service Provider environments.
