Position: Business Analyst - Senior Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid

Must Have: 3+ years of experience in Public Sector with developing complete Salesforce CRM solutions 5+ years of experience with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or a closely related Salesforce cloud (e.g. Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud) Module 5+ years experience with Agile SCRUM methodology 5+ years experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and User Story creation and overall business requirements analysis documentation 3+ years of experience with Salesforce and 3rd party system integrations

Required Experience & Skills:

Core Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Equivalent Experience 5+ years experience with delivering Salesforce CRM solutions 5+ years experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC Agile Scrum Experience Azure Dev Ops Experience PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification and/or IIBA Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Certification Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification (an asset) Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification (an asset) Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent financial experience (optional)
