Your new role As part of the IT Business Change & Value Realization function, the Business IT Foundation Analyst plays a key role in a global IT transformation program (IT Carveout). You will partner across IT and business teams to ensure end-to-end process readiness, system validation, and successful adoption of new standalone platforms. This is a highly collaborative role supporting testing, training, data preparation, change management, and value realization activities across multiple regions and functions. Key responsibilities include: Represent end-to-end business processes within the IT Foundation Program, ensuring alignment between IT and business stakeholders Support testing cycles including test scenario creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation of system functionality Assist in training preparation and delivery, ensuring business user readiness and adoption Contribute to data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities to support cutover readiness Support change management and communication efforts, acting as a liaison between business and IT teams Participate in readiness assessments and risk mitigation planning across global business units Track and support value realization initiatives, ensuring benefits are measured and achieved Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR, procurement, and IT
What you'll need to succeed Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations) Experience with enterprise systems (SAP or similar) and digital transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, test script execution, and defect resolution Knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and migration processes Familiarity with change management and training lifecycle activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret data and provide insights for readiness and value tracking Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
