About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Plumbing Design Engineer with exposure to hospitality projects to join our building services design team. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop their skills in plumbing and public health design for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments, working under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with plumbing design and calculation tasks under senior supervision, including guest room and back-of-house systems.Support domestic water supply, drainage, and vent system sizing and analysis for hospitality developments.Assist in preparing layouts, schematics, and riser diagrams using AutoCAD/Revit for hotel and resort projects.Help prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation, including hotel brand standard compliance checks.Support coordination with electrical, HVAC, architectural, interior design, and kitchen/laundry teams.Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals under supervision.Learn and apply relevant international standards, local authority requirements, and hospitality brand technical guidelines.Support hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with a focus on hotel and resort developments.
