We're looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator who brings both high energy and meticulous attention to detail to our team. This one-of-a-kind, exciting role is a key support position within our growing Partnerships offering and is part of a team that manages the delivery of a high-profile, nationally recognized annual campaign.

The main purpose of this position is to provide end-to-end support with assigned elements of Bond project implementation and delivery. This position also effectively manages and executes day-to-day elements of client programs as assigned, working directly with Project Leads to provide delivery excellence to our client. Are you the One?:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience (we welcome internship experience as well!)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messages tailored to diverse audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, with the ability to identify errors and or inconsistencies in visual and written material
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills with a client/customer focus 
  • Strong problem-solving skills including identifying and assessing solutions to a range of challenges
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work independently, owning assigned elements of project delivery
  • The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field 
  • Partnerships or Sponsorships experience would be considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (French) would be considered an asset but is not required

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, strategies, sector, etc.
  • Own, populate, and maintain a master tracking document that includes crucial project details and serves the informational needs of multiple client departments, ensuring consistent updates are captured with accuracy
  • Support in the solicitation and negotiation of potential brand partners on behalf of the client, including playing a key role in pitch/opportunity meetings by capturing critical details of discussion, maintaining detailed documentation, and outlining and executing on relevant next steps
  • Own the first draft stage of partnership agreements by leveraging contract templates to be populated with relevant details from partner discussions
  • Support and maintain trusted relationships with client and partner stakeholders on behalf of Bond, including acting as the liaison between parties
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of intellectual property usage guidelines of multiple brands (logos, imagery, etc.) and perform quality assurance checks on marketing materials to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Oversee 3rd party approvals of multi-media promotional material for a national marketing campaign, including fielding feedback, overseeing version control, and maintaining detailed record of approvals across multiple channels
  • Support in the sourcing, tracking, and analysis of campaign results including populating post-campaign reports
