Job Title: QA / Testing Lead – HCM, Payroll & WFM (Workday) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract
We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to lead end-to-end testing for a Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy, UAT leadership, payroll testing, integration testing, and defect management.

- Test Case/Test Script Development
- End-to-End, SIT & Parallel Payroll Testing
- Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Defect Management (JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, qTest)
- HCM, Payroll & Workforce Management (WFM)
- Requirements Traceability & Stakeholder Management
- Agile/Scrum
Preferred:
- Puerto Rico Payroll experience
- Retail/Distribution domain
- Legion WFM, UKG, Kronos, or ADP Workforce Now
