Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2 days a week / Monday + (depending on team) Pay Rate: $30.11/hr Contract Length: 6 months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities
Entry-level BSA supporting the Fixed Income Technology team. The role is business-facing and will involve gathering requirements, supporting applications, and assisting with automation and data initiatives. The candidate will partner closely with front office stakeholders and technology teams to improve processes and enhance system capabilities. Responsibilities include supporting fixed income trading platforms, analyzing business needs, and contributing to project-based and BAU workstreams.
Must Have Requirement
1-3 Years as a Business System Analyst Strong understanding of application-based environments
Nice To Have
Experience with fixed income applications (e.g., TOMS, Bloomberg, Broadway, Axe, etc.) Java, Python Front Office experience
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills Business-facing mindset Critical thinking and ability to problem-solve on the fly Ability to learn quickly and be coached/mentored Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
