Position: Insurance Domain Experts (Underwriting, Claims, Compliance) for AI Workflow Training

Type: Contract

Compensation: $120/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Document end-to-end insurance workflows such as underwriting, claims adjudication, and policy servicing. Review and refine AI-generated workflow transcripts for accuracy and completeness. Create structured examples reflecting real-world insurance decision-making processes. Validate outputs against industry standards and regulatory expectations. Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve workflow representations.

Qualifications

Must-Have

8+ years in commercial underwriting; CPCU or AU preferred. 6+ years in personal lines underwriting; prior leadership exposure preferred. 8+ years in claims processing & adjudication; AIC or SCLA preferred. 6+ years in fraud & SIU; CFE certification preferred. 5+ years in policy administration within insurance operations or policy services. 6+ years in actuarial & pricing in P&C FCAS or near-credentialed preferred. 6+ years in regulatory compliance within insurance compliance or regulatory roles. 5+ years in producer & distribution management in agency operations or distribution compliance. 4+ years in submissions & broker processing in underwriting support or broker-facing roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate complex workflows.

Compensation is structured per completed workflow transcript, treated as individual project-based tasks.
