You as a Business Analyst, Technology Project Office will: Elicit and document business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews Assess business processes, pinpoint gaps and improvement areas, and suggest effective technology solutions Translate business needs into clear analysis artifacts (process maps/workflow diagrams, process flows, use cases, and user stories) and supporting documentation (e.g., BRD/FRD) Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and vendors, facilitating alignment and decision-making Support project delivery by maintaining traceability (e.g., traceability matrix), supporting testing activities, and validating solutions against business expectations Communicate requirements, findings, and recommendations in a clear, structured way for both technical and non‑technical audiences Support governance and delivery standards defined by the Technology Project Office Prioritize requirements and initiatives in collaboration with business owners and project leadership Contribute to business analysis practice improvement, including templates, standards, and ways of working within the TPO Develop test cases while leading the team in creating reusable manual and automated test assets This is the right role for you if: Bachelor's degree or diploma in information technology or equivalent practical experience in a business analyst role Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA) is an asset 3-5 years’ work experience preferably in construction and real estate industry Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) is an asset Experience producing common BA deliverables (e.g., BRD/FRD, user stories, and workflow diagrams) Familiarity with following ERP Systems such as, Workday, MS D365 CRM, & AI Platforms (e.g. Google, Palantir) Strong attention to detail balanced with an understanding of broader business outcomes Ability to adapt delivery approach based on project complexity and stakeholder needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on schedule The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000.
