Summary We are currently recruiting on behalf of an external partner for a Business Development & Client Experience Manager to join their concierge healthcare team.
This role is tailored for a driven professional, such as a former Pharmaceutical Representative, Clinic Manager, Healthcare Executive, or Clinical Nurse (RN/LPN) with strong business acumen who possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and clinical operations.
You will serve as the crucial bridge between our clinical services and our high-net-worth clientele, acting as the face of the practice. You will be responsible for driving clinic growth, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring an unparalleled, white-glove experience for our patients.
What You'll Be Doing Business Development Develop and execute initiatives that support business growth and increased clinic utilization. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral partners, community organizations, and corporate partners. Identify new opportunities to expand services and strengthen community partnerships. Represent the organization at networking events and community initiatives.
Client Experience Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience for prospective and existing clients. Guide clients through consultations, onboarding, and membership opportunities. Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication. Monitor client satisfaction and continuously look for ways to enhance the client journey.
Strategic Partnerships Cultivate meaningful relationships that support organizational growth. Support physician recruitment initiatives and onboarding experiences. Collaborate with healthcare providers and strategic partners to strengthen referral networks.
Marketing & Brand Collaborate with marketing partners to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives. Represent the organization with professionalism while strengthening our reputation within the community. Help ensure consistent messaging across client-facing communications.
Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with operational leaders to ensure an exceptional client experience from first contact through ongoing care. Contribute ideas that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. Participate in organizational initiatives that support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while helping grow a premium healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate will bring: 5+ years of experience in business development, client relationship management, healthcare operations, hospitality, luxury service, or a related field. Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships and growing business opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Confidence engaging with physicians, executives, and high-net-worth clientele. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent follow-through. High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Experience working in healthcare, concierge medicine, wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium service environments is considered a strong asset.
What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll: Build trusted relationships with clients, physicians, and community partners. Help grow our membership base and referral network. Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience. Identify opportunities that support long-term organizational growth. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve how we serve our clients.
Preferred Qualifications Clinical background (RN, LPN) or deep knowledge of integrative health services, IV therapy, and premium supplementation. Existing network within the local luxury wellness or private healthcare sector. Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket subscription or retainer-based healthcare packages.
Salary and Benefits $80,000 - $100,000 base salary Commission eligibility Extended health benefits plan
