About The Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our International Programs and Salesforce Center of Excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and integrating digital solutions within BRP's Salesforce ecosystem, supporting ongoing improvement projects and the SAP S4 International deployment program. Your primary responsibility will be to define reliable, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend enhancements to the core warranty management system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of BRP’s warranty platform within the broader ecosystem. Your expertise will help ensure the effective operation of our systems, improve data integrity, and enhance user experience across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Salesforce environment. Candidates should have substantial experience in drafting functional specifications and integrating complex solutions. Hands-on expertise in diagnosing Salesforce integration issues, analyzing data flows between Salesforce and external systems, and resolving data-related problems using tools such as Salesforce debug logs, SOQL, API logs, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace is essential. A strong understanding of data models, error management, and integration patterns is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the ability to take initiative, anticipate questions, and quickly identify solutions. Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is necessary to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including those outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers. Knowledge of the Twod Salesforce warranty module and SAP S4 is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Support business teams by resolving issues encountered during testing or maintenance/support phases, leveraging your in-depth understanding of the integrations between the Warranty platform, Salesforce ecosystem, and SAP S4. Ensure the proper integration of the Warranty solution into BRP’s ecosystem, including Salesforce and SAP S4 platforms, by drafting detailed functional specifications and providing rigorous oversight throughout project development and documentation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers, team leads, architects, and subject matter experts to assess project effort, implement improvements, and resolve system issues efficiently. Proactively identify gaps in system processes and data flows, proposing effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, utilizing debugging tools and logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain system integrity. Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
