Job Description
Deep understanding of Capital Markets including derivatives products and their lifecycle Expertise in market instruments trading settlement and risk management processes Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to support business decisions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement capital market solutions Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to capital markets Provide insights and recommendations to improve existing capital market processes and tools Support the design testing and deployment of capital markets technology platforms Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in capital markets operations
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on Capital Markets and derivatives within the team Lead the analysis and resolution of complex capital market issues and incidents Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and maintain documentation related to capital market processes and systems Provide training and guidance to junior team members on capital markets concepts and tools Collaborate with technology teams to enhance system capabilities and ensure seamless integration Monitor market developments and advise on potential impacts to business and technology Participate in project planning execution and delivery related to capital market initiatives
