Business Analyst – Real Estate Services Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a global Real Estate Services team. This role will work closely with strategy, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, improve business performance, and support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will transform complex data into meaningful business recommendations while developing executive reporting and performance dashboards. Key Responsibilities Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, measure performance, and support business strategy. Translate data into actionable insights for business, operations, and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using Business Intelligence tools. Design and manage reporting frameworks and reporting cadences for senior leadership. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting and data requirements. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation processes and collaboration with data owners. Prepare presentations and reports that communicate key findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for strategic projects. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Cognos. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, or infrastructure-related operations. Knowledge of construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, or corporate real estate practices.
