Kubota Materials Canada specializes in high-performance alloys and friction materials from raw materials to finished products under one roof in Orillia, Canada. Manufacturing unique heat-resistant alloys and high-nickel/chrome alloys primarily for the petrochemical industries, Kubota leads the industry in quality and advanced technology. As per customer requirements, Kubota designs and casts centrifugal pipes and static castings of fittings, which are then machined, welded (Automatic, Semi-Automatic, Orbital & Manual), GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, followed by in-house NDT (RT, PT, VT), in-house DT, R&D lab, as well as hydro testing.
Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily data entry activities for Kubota Materials Canada Corporation while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of information entered into company systems. Performs data entry functions, provides training and guidance to team members, supports process improvements, and assists with the implementation and maintenance of ERP system functionality.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Coordinate and prioritize daily data entry activities to ensure operational requirements and deadlines are met.
· Accurately collect, verify, sort, and enter data acquired from various departments.
· Monitor data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
· Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, system issues, and process-related concerns.
· Provide training, coaching, and support to Data Entry Clerks and other users, as required.
· Develop, maintain, and improve data entry procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
· Act as the primary point of contact for data entry-related questions and process improvements.
· Generate, analyze, and distribute reports to support operational and management decision-making.
· Participate in ERP implementation projects, system upgrades, testing activities, and new feature deployments.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate workload distribution and provide functional direction to Data Entry personnel.
· Ensure alignment with overall departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
· Support Kubota Global Identity and uphold the Brand and Spirit statements of Kubota Materials Canada Corporation.
· Other related duties as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 diploma from a recognized secondary school, or equivalent (e.g., GED).
· Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is considered an asset.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an office, manufacturing, planning, materials, or data management environment.
· Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and business process workflows.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to train, coach, and coordinate others.
· High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
