SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and Agile delivery. Hands-on experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and tracking requirements using Jira and Confluence. Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), replenishment processes, inventory allocation, and supply chain operations. Experience working in Retail, Distribution, or Supply Chain Management environments. Proficient in process mapping, workflow documentation, and reporting using MS Office and draw.io. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on product delivery, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.
