Job Title: AI Product Owner – Contact Center Service Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid) Seeking a highly motivated, proactive AI Product Owner to drive the evolution of our next-generation Contact Center AI services. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution, defining product roadmaps that leverage conversational AI, LLMs, and automation to transform customer support .To succeed, you must bring a strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or fluency in Python and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with our engineering squads. We are specifically looking for an assertive champion—someone who is aggressive in asking probing questions, challenging assumptions, and relentlessly gathering clarity from cross-functional team members.
