We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategy and decision-making across Performance Auto Group. By leveraging SQL, Python, and Google Suite, this role translates complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, creating dashboards and reports that inform key stakeholders. Working collaboratively across departments, the Data Analyst identifies performance trends, ensures data integrity, and optimizes analytical methodologies to support organizational growth. In this role, maintaining meticulous order is essential. Beyond technical analysis, the Data Analyst must implement rigorous, structured data management practices to ensure accuracy, facilitate reproducibility, and guarantee that complex information remains accessible and reliable for the entire organization. What do you need to succeed? Post-secondary degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field required. 3-5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred. Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and exposure to emerging tracking and data collection tools. Experience with Google Data Studio or experience utilizing data visualization tools is highly desirable. Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. Proficient with SQL and Python Expert command of spreadsheets and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and project management skills. Driven yet collaborative - you work well in an engaged, busy team environment. Savvy and up-to-date with current digital marketing practices. Proactive, organized, and results driven. Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual salary): $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The starting salary will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
