  • Contribute to structured and deep product level reviews by conducting detailed analysis and research to identify insights related to performance, customer and end-user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Support the identification and assessment of product enhancements, repositioning, retirement options, including analysis of risks, impacts, and trade-offs

Product Strategy Enablement

  • Contribute to product discovery and innovation ideas, including hypothesis development, market scanning, and validation of customer needs
  • Support product strategy discussions by helping develop forward‑looking analyses, options, and recommendations for assigned products or initiatives.
  • Contribute to insights and analysis across products to support prioritization and alignment with team and business objectives.

Product Development

  • Support the evaluation of UX, pricing, risk, profiles and customer needs to design improvements for new and/or existing products
  • Support launch readiness and go-to-market planning, including objectives, activities, and success measures.

Risk, Governance & Decision Support

  • Apply established policies, standards, and frameworks in day-to-day product management activities
  • Contribute to the governance of product‑focused tools and artefacts, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with corporate standards.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, technology, risk, legal, and partner teams to support product management and initiatives
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and tailor presentations of analyses and recommendations to various audiences
  • Bring customer insights and market feedback into product discussions to support data-informed recommendations.
