Within the branch, Product Operations leads onboarding, change management, stakeholder coordination, and operational support for platform products and digital services.Role Responsibilities The Platforms branch is looking for two (2) Business Analysts. Reporting to the Manager, Product Operations, the Business Analyst implements onboarding, change management, incident follow-up, and business relationship management activities that support identity and access management services in production and pre-production environments. This position helps relying parties understand technical and operational requirements, navigate service changes, and work within established practices that support secure, consistent service delivery.The responsibilities of this role include:• Lead onboarding and integration of platform services, developing clear guidance, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting partners in meeting technical and operational requirements.• Operationalize change management processes, including release planning, stakeholder communications, testing coordination, and issue triage to ensure service readiness and continuity.• Drive service improvement through insight and collaboration, leveraging support data, stakeholder feedback, and Contact Centre trends to identify and implement practical enhancements.• Engage and enable stakeholders, supporting discovery, education, and adoption of platform services while identifying opportunities for growth and integration.• Support operational and strategic priorities, delivering advice, reporting, and continuous improvement using AI-enabled tools, data, and best practices.To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.• Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements, translating business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.• Ability to develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including process materials, stakeholder guidance, and reusable content.• Familiarity with change management practices, along with the ability to use and critically assess AI outputs for accuracy, risk, and appropriateness.Please click on this link to view the job description for this position.APS Competencies Competencies are behaviors that are essential to reach our goals in serving Albertans.
