POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Analyst, Process Engineering to drive operational excellence across our hub and terminal network. This role will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and standardizing processes to enhance service levels, efficiency, and overall network performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to implement data-driven solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, documentation, and optimization of operational processes across hub and terminal environments Collaborate with hub and regional teams to identify opportunities to improve service levels, throughput, and cost efficiency Develop and refine workflow structures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational playbooks Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement Establish and maintain operational standards to ensure consistency across locations Support planning of dock operations, load flows, and capacity alignment Partner with operations leadership to enhance route structures, load balancing strategies, and service reliability Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and employee experience Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, and leadership teams Conduct regular reviews of operational performance and recommend corrective actions Develop business cases and implementation plans for improvement initiatives Translate data insights into clear problem statements and lead solution development Support forecasting efforts using historical data and operational trends Monitor implementation progress and measure the impact of process improvements

WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in process engineering, operations improvement, or project delivery within logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow design Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience working with data analysis, performance metrics, and operational reporting Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in hub, terminal, or logistics network environments Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational levels
