Position Details:

• Pay: $70,000
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 6 AM - end of shift.

Position Purpose: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our replenishment and allocation functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily replenishment operations to ensure timely and accurate stock levels.
• Monitor and manage allocation processes, ensuring optimal distribution of products across various locations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve replenishment accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and improve efficiency.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs.
• Use advanced analytical tools and systems to generate reports, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Required Qualifications Supervisor experience leading a Full Case selection team.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

MS Excel analytical skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups
