Certifications Mandatory

Pega Certified System Architect CSA Pega Certified Senior System Architect CSSA Preferred Additional certifications such as CPDC CDH or LSA Part1 are an advantage

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in designing developing and implementing enterprise grade BPM and workflow solutions using the Pega Platform The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable high-performance applications in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain applications using Pega PRPCPega Platform Build and configure Case Types Flows Flow Actions Activities Data Transforms Data Pages and Decision Rules Develop integrations using REST SOAP Connectors Services MQ and JMS Perform application debugging using Tracer Clipboard Live UI PAL and PDC Participate in requirement analysis solution design code reviews testing and production deployments Collaborate with Business Analysts QA teams Product Owners and Architects to deliver business requirements Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis Follow Pega guardrails and best practices to ensure application quality and performance Contribute to CICD release management and deployment activities Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning grooming reviews and retrospectives

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in Pega PRPC 8x Infinity Platform Handson experience with Case Management Data Pages Data Types Flows Flow Actions Activities Data Transforms Decision Rules Reports Dashboards Queue Processors Job Schedulers Agents Integrations RESTSOAP Experience with SQL and database concepts Knowledge of AgileScrum methodology Experience with Git Bitbucket Azure DevOps Jira or similar tools Understanding of application deployment and production support processes

Preferred Skills

Experience with Pega Customer Service CS or Pega CDH Exposure to Constellation UI Cloud knowledge AWS Azure OpenShift BFSI domain experience Banking Financial Services Insurance preferred Experience in Pega upgrades and modernization initiatives Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers Proactive approach to delivering quality solutions

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field
