Role: SRE Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid - 3days Client : Banking Domain
Job Description Gather and document business and technical requirements. Work with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams. Analyze production issues and support incident, problem, and change management. Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documents. Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and release activities. Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment. Required Skills 7+ years of Business Analyst experience. Experience working with SRE/Production Support or DevOps teams. Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, and SQL. Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
