What you will do

The Master Data Manager leads enterprise master data governance with a focus on SAP ECC and IBP, owning the Product Master domain to ensure data integrity, standardization, and alignment across Supply Chain and Planning. The role establishes and scales a governance framework extendable to Customer and Vendor data, while also overseeing procurement governance, including policy, compliance, and performance tracking.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own and govern the Product Master data domain across SAP ECC and IBP, ensuring data integrity, quality, and standardization
  • Define and implement scalable enterprise master data governance frameworks, policies, and controls aligned to Supply Chain and Planning
  • Lead data harmonization, cleansing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, system performance, and planning efficiency
  • Partner with SMEs and data stewards to define requirements, enforce governance standards, and resolve data quality issues
  • Translate business needs into data structures, standards, and governance processes to support planning, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive adoption of data governance practices and identify opportunities to automate and optimize master data processes
  • Monitor and report on data quality performance, ensuring governance frameworks scale across multiple data domains
  • Act as Procurement Governance Owner, overseeing policy management, compliance, performance tracking, and alignment with business requirements

What you will bring

  • BA in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in master data management
  • Experience with SAP ECC and IBP master data structures and processes
  • Strong understanding of Product Master data governance and lifecycle management
  • Experience with procurement processes, policies, and compliance monitoring
  • Experience developing KPIs and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
  • Multi-site and manufacturing environment experience considered an asset
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong technical skills in data automation, data manipulation, and process optimization considered a strong asset

The starting range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 – or higher, depending on your experience.
