We are seeking an Information Management Business Analyst to support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of information management and data solutions, with a focus on requirements definition and solution assessment in a technology-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to gain experience in Government of Canada AI solutions.

Responsibilities: Evaluate and test information management and data solutions, including capabilities, configurations, and integration points Conduct options analysis to assess solution feasibility, risks, benefits, and alignment with operational and compliance requirements Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements to support solution selection and implementation Analyze how solutions support information lifecycle management, records management, and sensitive data handling Support the development and execution of testing approaches, including test scenarios, validation criteria, and results analysis Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm solution fit Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to solution performance, interoperability, and compliance Document findings and provide clear, structured recommendations to support decision-making

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience within the last 10 years conducting strategic information management analysis in for the Federal Government of Canada. Minimum 3 years of experience working with EDRMS such as GCdocs and/or RDIMS, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams, including integration planning and EDRMS transition strategies. Must hold a valid Secret security clearance
