THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales & Leasing Lead at Highstreet is responsible for driving the performance of Highstreet's sales and leasing portfolio through strategic analysis, process improvement, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions, market pricing and analysis, contract administration, and reporting. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable developing standardized processes, building reports, and making recommendations supported by data. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Leasing Performance Oversee condo sales and residential leasing across multiple communities. Execute strategies that achieve sales, occupancy, and revenue targets. Monitor performance and recommend actions to improve conversion, absorption, and leasing velocity. Deliver an exceptional customer experience for purchasers, residents, and realtor partners throughout the sales and leasing journey.
Lead Pricing & Market Strategy Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and performance trends to develop pricing recommendations and identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, and occupancy. Present market insights and recommendations that support business decisions to leadership.
Manage Contracts & Compliance Oversee residential sales contracts and transaction documentation from offer to completion. Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with applicable legislation and internal policies. Coordinate with legal counsel, mortgage professionals, realtors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Deliver Meaningful Reporting Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, forecasts, and financial models that support decision-making. Track and analyze key performance indicators including sales, occupancy, pricing, conversion, and revenue. Provide timely reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
Improve How We Work Develop, document, and continuously improve sales and leasing processes. Standardize reporting and workflows while identifying opportunities to automate and increase efficiency. Support the ongoing improvement of systems, tools, and operational practices.
Collaborate Across Highstreet Partner with Community Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals. Contribute market intelligence that supports project planning, marketing, and product positioning. Foster strong relationships built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Highstreet is looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and enjoys solving problems. You are analytical, organized, and driven by continuous improvement, using data and insights to make informed decisions that support business performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, balancing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy developing efficient processes, improving the way work gets done, and building systems that support consistent, scalable results. You are comfortable analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations that improve sales and leasing performance. You take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work and creating positive experiences for customers, realtor partners, and internal teams. Most importantly, you lead with humility, integrity, and accountability. You build strong relationships, communicate with confidence and professionalism, and recognize that the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, leasing, development, or a related industry. Experience with new home or condominium sales is considered an asset. Strong understanding of residential real estate contracts, transaction processes, and applicable legislation. Experience analyzing market trends and comparable data to develop pricing recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, forecasting, and data analysis Experience working with CRM and sales reporting systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel between project locations as required.
Compensation Package: Annual Salary: $80,000-$105,000 - dependent on experience
Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for this position is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be higher or lower, depending on performance results. Additional requirements: Satisfactory criminal and credit record check.
