Our challenge: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, React, and AI-powered application development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems.
The Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Python, Django, React, and related technologies Build and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications and backend services Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based applications and agentic workflows Design and implement AI agents using modern agent frameworks and orchestration platforms Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions Create and maintain robust RESTful APIs and third-party system integrations Design, optimize, and manage relational databases, including PostgreSQL and SQL Server Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure maintainable and reusable code Optimize front-end performance and user experience using modern React ecosystem tools and libraries Work on prompt engineering, LLM optimization, and AI application performance improvements Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, version control, and continuous improvement practices Contribute to deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, and cloud-native development
Requirements: You are: Advanced proficiency in Python and Django Framework Advanced proficiency in the React ecosystem Strong experience in full stack web application development Extensive experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Proven experience in AI agent development and implementation Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, orchestration models, and design patterns Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL Extensive experience with SQL Server and database design Strong knowledge of API development and integration Solid understanding of software design patterns and development best practices Experience using Git or other version control systems Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have: It would be great if you also had: Experience in capital markets or financial services domain Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques Experience with streaming and real-time data processing Understanding of AI safety, governance, and responsible AI practices Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
