Job Title Senior Solutions Consultant About the role: The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in supporting mid-market and enterprise opportunities across the Canadian business. This role is responsible for partnering with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and position Fiserv’s enterprise payment solutions in a way that directly addresses client needs and business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, the consultant brings deep payments expertise while translating complex capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions across multiple channels. What you'll do: Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Relationship Management teams to support strategic mid-market and enterprise opportunities. Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and position tailored payment solutions that solve for their needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Certification, and Operations) to gather the latest product capabilities and ensure accurate solution design. Lead client-facing discussions including solution walkthroughs, technical deep dives, and discovery sessions. Develop and deliver compelling, segment-specific presentations and solution decks. Act as a subject matter expert on Fiserv’s enterprise payments ecosystem across channels (in-store, eCommerce, omnichannel) and support RFP/RFI responses with solutioning expertise and technical input. Drive internal enablement by training Account Managers and Relationship Managers on relevant products and solutions. Facilitate ongoing knowledge-sharing sessions, including technical deep dives and product updates. Experience you'll need to have: 7 years of experience working in payments, with exposure to acquirers, POS, or related payment technologies. Technical background in software, payments, or solution consulting. Strong knowledge of the payment's ecosystem, working with APIs, SDKs, including card-present and card-not-present flows. Experience working with multiple payment providers, platforms, and large-scale payment ecosystems. Proven ability to design and position integrated solutions across complex environments in a creative, client-centric manner. Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market clients in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or product role. Experience creating executive-level presentations and technical solution decks. Ability to travel up to 25% Experience that would be great to have: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in related field. Deep familiarity with payments platforms, feature, workflows and use cases. Experience enabling or training sales, account management, or relationship teams. Experience working in a multi-channel payments environment. Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. How you’ll work: This role is hybrid. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
