About the role
Inspirational, innovative and entrepreneurial – that’s how we describe our empowered teams. At MNP, you’ll combine passion with purpose and join a culture that thrives in the face of change.
As a Senior Consultant with MNP, you are a results-driven operational advisor who implements meaningful, lasting changes across heavy operations industries focusing on primarily five industries: Service Operational Businesses, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Construction, Warehousing & Distribution. coaching, and internal training. We are looking for a business advisor to advise ownership and leaders on profitability improvement, revenue growth and leadership. You understand how core business functions such as Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Sales and Procurement interact to drive performance, and you act on that understanding to deliver bottom-line results. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who leads with credibility, owns their engagements end to end, and measures success by the real-world results they leave behind.
