We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the successful delivery of intelligent automation and AI solutions for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define solution requirements, and guide projects from discovery through deployment. Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, you will help ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Role / Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and AI solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client success criteria. Partner with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into clear user stories, Process Design Documents (PDDs), and solution delivery plans. Manage project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, timelines, risks, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitate communication between clients, Solution Architects, developers, and Customer Success Managers, serving as the primary delivery point of contact. Coordinate testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support. Monitor project health through status reporting, RAID tracking, and delivery metrics while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI tools, conducting project retrospectives, and incorporating lessons learned into future engagements. Support business growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion and collaborating with Customer Success on client relationship development.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related client-facing role. Experience managing end-to-end software, intelligent automation, or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical delivery plans and user stories. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Experience coordinating UAT, deployment activities, and post-production support. Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments with multiple concurrent client engagements.
Nice to Have Experience delivering Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-enabled solutions. Familiarity with UiPath or other automation platforms. Experience with Design Thinking or process discovery workshops. Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, CBAP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent. Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations. Exposure to AI tools and technologies that improve project delivery and team collaboration.
