Our IT team is looking for a Senior Build Engineer to strengthen our capabilities and evolve our pipelines at scale. We're looking for an experienced person to take ownership of the entire build function and drive real standardization of processes across our productions.

In this role you will :

Design, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines. Automate build, cook, packaging, and deployment processes, including the management of debug symbols and artifacts. Administer and optimize build infrastructure, including build agents, distributed compilation, caching, and artifact storage. Diagnose and resolve build failures, reduce compilation times, and improve pipeline stability and observability (metrics, alerts, dashboards). Document systems and procedures (Confluence) and train teams on their use.

What we're looking for :

7+ years of experience in build engineering or CI/CD infrastructure, ideally within the video game industry. Strong expertise with a CI/CD orchestration platform (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent), including writing pipelines as code. Solid experience with Perforce (streams, basic administration, CI integration) or an equivalent large-scale source control system. Excellent scripting skills in Python and/or C#, PowerShell, or Bash. Experience with Unreal Engine build systems (UnrealBuildTool, UnrealAutomationTool, BuildGraph) or a comparable game engine. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
