We are looking for a:

Business Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Business Analyst serves as a liaison between stakeholders to understand, analyze, communicate, and validate business rules, and help resolve application-related issues. This role is actively involved in all activities surrounding the implementation and improvement of our integrated management solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define business needs
• Gather business requirements
• Monitor and analyze requirements related to business needs
• Analyze and model business processes
• Document business processes
• Participate in planning for management information systems
• Translate business, operational, and functional requirements for development teams
• Implement business software
• Train and support users during solution deployment
• Participate in quality control activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in a technology-related field or a combination of college diploma and relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a business analysis role
• Knowledge of information systems concepts (ERP, CRM)
• Very good knowledge of organizational process analysis methods
• Strong writing skills in an international business context (English & French)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and synthesis skills
• Ability to influence, persuade, and initiate necessary changes
