Business Systems Analyst (Intermediate) – Credit Cards Domain Role: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Openings: 2 Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week in office) Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in the Credit Cards domain, specifically in Credit Origination, Adjudication, and Servicing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis, systems analysis, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management experience. Required Qualifications Domain Expertise • Hands-on experience within the Credit Cards domain, including: • Credit Origination • Credit Adjudication • Credit Servicing Experience • 5–8 years of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis experience • Minimum 2 years of Agile project delivery experience • Minimum 2 years of experience with business rules analysis and data modeling/data mapping • Minimum 2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence • Minimum 2 years of diagramming experience using Visio, including: • Activity Diagrams • Sequence Diagrams • Data Flow Diagrams • Working knowledge of databases, including the ability to execute and analyze SQL queries • Ability to read and understand basic Java code Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders • Analyze, document, and validate current-state technology capabilities and ecosystem landscapes • Support stakeholders in defining and designing future-state solutions • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications while considering non-functional requirements • Own and manage end-to-end requirements traceability throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases • Drive innovation by leveraging subject matter expertise and recommending forward-thinking solutions • Support implementation activities, production rollout, and post-implementation planning • Participate in quality management reviews, including reviews of solution designs, prototypes, and related deliverables • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions
