We are focused on automation and optimization of processes, especially those heavily reliant on Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending financial analysis with technical innovation, and driving process improvements at scale. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing Extract and analyze data from the financial system of record (Clarity) Validate and reconcile financial transactions; identify discrepancies and root causes Summarize findings and create action plans to resolve issues within reporting cycles Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to execute fixes Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes, particularly Excel-based workflows Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy

✅ Must-Have Skills Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, formulas, file merging) Experience with Clarity Background in large organizations Strong experience analyzing financial data 🌟 Nice-to-Have VBA / Macro development (highly valued) Experience with process improvement / automation initiatives Familiarity with Jira 🤝 Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement 🎯 Candidate Profile 5–7 years of relevant experience Background in financial analysis within large organizations Technical aptitude with data tools and process optimization Post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred 🌟 Why Join?
