About The Role

We are seeking a talented Developer to join our expanding digital transformation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing applications and data-driven solutions on Palantir Foundry, aiming to make our organization the first fully vertically integrated construction company in Canada to operate its entire business ecosystem through Foundry. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of professional experience, possess a strong technical foundation, and demonstrate a passion for learning emerging technologies. This is a client-facing position where you will work directly with stakeholders, understand their operational needs, and deliver impactful solutions. You will be supported by a collaborative team environment and will have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles, contributing to innovative projects that drive organizational success.

Qualifications

2–5 years of professional development experience Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python Working knowledge of SQL and database design principles Strong problem-solving skills with resourcefulness and curiosity Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with full-stack web development is preferred Knowledge of data science principles and tools is an asset Experience with mobile development frameworks like React Native is advantageous Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry or similar Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices is beneficial

Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack web applications and data workflows within Palantir Foundry Develop scalable backend services and integrations using TypeScript or Python Design, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data pipelines to ensure data integrity and performance Act as a technical partner to clients by understanding their operational needs and demonstrating solutions Travel periodically to client sites to gather requirements, observe operational realities, and deploy solutions in the field Collaborate closely with other developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Document technical specifications and communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences
