📍 Location: This is a hybrid role based in Montreal. You'll need to be on-site 3 days per week. Please only apply if you're local to Montreal. 🤖 A must-have: We're specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Build Custom Software Solutions Design, develop, and maintain scalable web, mobile, cloud, and AI-powered applications. Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions. Collaborate with project managers, designers, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver tailor-made solutions Build AI-Powered Solutions Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, automation workflows, and intelligent features into applications. Develop solutions using approaches like RAG, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. Evaluate new technologies and choose the right tools for each project. Connect Systems & Data Design APIs, integrations, and data workflows that connect business systems. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing solutions. Work with databases, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies to support AI-driven applications. Build and Improve Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing, reviews, and technical discussions. Experiment, learn, and share new ideas with the team.

WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years building modern software applications Strong experience with at least one complete ecosystem (.NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent). Experience building web, mobile, cloud, or distributed applications. Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews. Hands-on experience with RAG architectures is required, along with broader AI development experience (LLM APIs, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks) Based in Montreal, with availability to work on-site 3x/week Bonus points if you've worked with software architecture, DevOps, or data engineering.
