Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager with strong expertise in Order Management and Replenishment systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business systems analysis, quality assurance, supply chain operations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
• Understand and document current business processes and requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence
• Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of system solutions
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs and expectations
• Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards
• Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes
• Apply supply chain and transportation domain knowledge to support business initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned in addition to the responsibilities listed above
Requirements
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io
• Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and project deadlines simultaneously
• Retail industry experience is considered an asset
• Self-starter with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive outcomes independently
Essential Skills
• 4–10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product role
• Strong exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) and Replenishment Systems
• Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, and order lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills
• Experience in Product Management or Senior Business Analysis within Order Management and Replenishment domains
• OMS implementation experience
• Retail or distribution industry experience
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory management
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Qualifications
• Agile Methodology Certification is an asset
• Certified Business Analysis Proessional (CBAP) certification is an asset
