Make your mark while you grow your career! We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst! This key individual should have a strong foundation in business, accounting, or IT to support and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, OpenInvoice, and reporting solutions. The role requires expertise in Power BI development, data modelling, Oracle SQL scripting, and process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, E1 Orchestrator), along with solid application support and systems integration skills. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with industry and accounting experience and can effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting business users. Reporting to the Lead of Expense Systems Support, the Technical Business Analyst works with customers in Finance and other departments to implement financial solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, OpenInvoice, reporting solutions, and system integrations across financial platforms
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models; write and manage Oracle SQL scripts for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Design and implement process automation solutions (e.g., UiPath, E1 Orchestrator)
  • Provide application support by troubleshooting issues and assisting users with the daily use of financial applications
  • Configure software, participate in development efforts, lead functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for Enterprise Finance solutions
  • Analyze business, accounting, and technical requirements; translate complex concepts into business-focused communication; develop stakeholder relationships; and lead or collaborate on continuous improvement and project initiatives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology. A Business Analysis Certification is an asset

  • Functional experience configuring and supporting ERP systems, OpenInvoice, and developing MS Power BI dashboards/reports

  • Strong technical skills in application support and systems integration

  • Proficient in writing Oracle SQL scripts to retrieve and store data, developing scripts for business process automation (UiPath, E1 Orchestrator)

  • Combination of industry and accounting experience is preferred

  • Effective communication skills throughout the organization from end-users to senior management levels. Ability to present complex concepts clearly in easily understood terms
