Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud aligned with banking and wealth management use cases • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features including: • Person Accounts • Households • Financial Accounts • Action Plans • Referrals • Relationship Management • Implement business automation using: • Flows • Approval Processes • Process Builder • Validation Rules • Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Ensure data security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and compliance with financial regulations • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production support • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform including: • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • SOQL • Metadata • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data governance • Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Essential Skills • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • SOQL/SOSL • Salesforce Flows • Salesforce Security Model • REST/SOAP APIs • MuleSoft Integrations • CI/CD Deployments • Agile/Scrum • Financial Services Domain
